Flûte
Gladys Avignon
After having obtained her flute prize at the CNSM in Paris with the highest distinction, Gladys finished her course as a performer in 2022 with the great teachers and flutists Sophie Cherrier and Vincent Lucas. She has appeared as a soloist with the National Orchestra of Auvergne and has also played with equally prestigious orchestras like the Paris Orchestra, the National French Orchestra, the National Orchestra of the Capitol of Toulouse and that of Radio France. She is currently pursuing her passion for the orchestra by playing at the heart of the Laureate Orchestra of the Paris Conservatory where she has been the solo flute since September 2022. Since she enjoys chamber music just as much, Gladys performs in various groups ranging from duets to quintets through concerts and festivals all over France. Gladys is also a laureate of the Thomas Kuti International Flute Competition and reached the semi-finals of the International Competitions of Cluj and Maxence Larrieu.
Oboe
Seongyoung Yun
Seong Young YUN entered the Bachelor's degree at Seoul National University with Miyoung-Chon, then he was unanimously admitted to the CNSMDP in the class of Jacques Tys and Frédéric Tardy in 2017. Seong Young completed his bachelor's degree (oboe) and Diploma of chamber music at the CNSMDP in 2020 and he also finished his master's degree (oboe) with unanimous honors in 2022. Seong Young obtained the 2nd prize at the Prague international competition in 2019 and the 1st prize at the Safran Foundation competition in 2020. He performs as a soloist with the philharmonic orchestras of Seoul, Prague and Kosovo. He performs in solo and chamber music recitals at the Berliner Philharmoniker Kammermusiksaal and Petit Palais auditorium. Currently, he is studying at the CNSMDP for a Master of Chamber Music (Wind Quintet).
Horn
Pierre-Antoine Lalande
Pierre-Antoine Lalande began playing the horn at the age of eight at the CRC in the city of Vire with Michel Coquart. Very young winner of the “Petites mains symphoniques” (little symphonic hands) competition for two consecutive years, he performed as a soloist at the Théâtre des Champs Élysées and at the Salle Pleyel. He then perfected his skills in Caen with Didier Debeaupte, then in the Paris region with Jean-Michel Vinit, Patrice Petitdidier and Vladimir Dubois. Alongside his horn studies, he studied the organ for four years with Erwan Le Prado. He also enriched his musical practice by studying orchestral conducting in the class of Nicolas Brochot where he obtained a diploma in musical studies (DEM). He entered the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris in 2018, in the horn class of André Cazalet. He continues his training for a master of horn and master of chamber music with the Quintet Diablo. Pierre-Antoine Lalande is regularly called upon to perform with numerous orchestras such as the Intercontemporary Ensemble, the Paris Opera, the Orchestra of Paris, the Chamber Orchestra of Paris, the National Orchestra of the Capitol of Toulouse, the Caen Orchestra and the Secession Orchestra…
Bassoon
Valentin Neumann
A passionate musician, Valentin began the bassoon at the age of seven at the CRR in Cergy-Pontoise with Ludovic Tissus. He was admitted in 2017 to the CNSM of Paris in the class of Gilbert Audin, Philippe Hanon and Wladimir Weimer. He is called upon by prestigious orchestras such as the Paris Opera, the National Orchestra of the Capitol of Toulouse, the National French Orchestra, the Philharmonique Orchestra of Radio France and the Philharmonique Orchestra of Luxembourg. In October 2021, he joined the ranks of the brilliant Philharmonique Orchestra of Strasbourg. Lover of ensemble music, he has been playing since joining the CNSM with the wind quintet Diablo.
Clarinet
Victor
Guémy
Victor Guémy is a confirmed clarinetist, specialist in the bass clarinet. He trained from an early age at the CRR in Paris with Franck Amet. Certified concert performer, he then trained with Vincent Penot, grand master of bass clarinet. Admitted to the class of Pascal Moragues at the National Conservatory of Music and Dance in Paris, he is regularly invited to the Paris Orchestra and the Paris National Opera. Victor is also very drawn to chamber music and regularly performs in wind quintets. He currently holds the position of 1st solo bass clarinet at the National Orchestra of the Capitol of Toulouse.
